Our Search Process:

First, we visit with our clients in order to gain a clear and thorough understanding of their requirement(s), their organization and its culture.

Then, we write a detailed position description of the opportunity(ies) for our client’s editing and approval.

Next, we conduct extensive research into target companies and industries of interest.

We review our own database of thousands of updated resumes.

We begin contacting prospective candidates and personally interview only the most qualified candidates. (For purposes of expediency and/or cost savings for our clients, we occasionally interview candidates via videoconferencing.

After personally screening each candidate, we submit comprehensive Reports of Interviews, explaining the candidates’ career histories, backgrounds and germane expertise.

Next, we conduct in-depth candidate reference checks, verifying educational degrees and other key credentials.

When asked by our clients, we often assist them in negotiating compensation packages with the candidate of their choice.

Open and frequent communication with our clients is essential to the success of any search. Therefore, we keep our client apprised of our continued progress on a regular basis.

Finally, we perform post placement follow-ups with our clients and the new employee to assure mutual satisfaction.
Charges for our professional services are established in advance and based on either a fixed fee or a percentage of the candidate’s total starting annual compensation, plus out-of-pocket expenses. Billings are made upon the initiation of the assignment and throughout the search at predetermined times.
